Why HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES Is Not A Good Idea
Housekeeping, in simpler terms, is the regulation and apportioned use of residential homes or other buildings together, for the objective of housing human beings, together with corresponding social meaning. It may be defined as the process of keeping and making ready the dwelling places of various kinds, such as that of residence, place of work, school, hospital and so on, that come under the legal communities’ jurisdictions. In a broader sense, the term may include the management of financial obligations arising from legal obligations. The objective of housekeeping is the promotion of the efficient operation of the different parts of the operations of a typical institution.
HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES: Since preurban housing is also referred to as urban housing, it entails the use of dwellings or private housing developments which are built alongside of paved roads, having basic facilities, in the form of apartments, townhouses, condominiums or blocks. The major preurban areas are usually characterized by lower property taxes, convenient public services, easy accessibility to employment, lower crime rates and better quality of life. The rapid population growth in these areas necessitates a greater reliance on HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES. In most of the developed countries, HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES is prevalent, and there is a general belief that people prefer it, because it provides them a more comfortable and safe home than that offered by the individual private housing.
PASTURE POINT: An appropriate expression for the traditional housing arrangements made by communities across the globe, preurban dwelling includes different types of dwellings, which can be classified into three major categories-farms, bungalows, condominiums, row houses and so on. The concept of HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES was first appreciated by the precursors of the modern societies, who put forward an extensive variety of explanations for their preference of it over the available housing options. According to these societies, HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES provides a sense of security and belonging to a community that would be unavailable with the private house. In addition to this, HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES provides a certain degree of emotional support to families, especially during periods of economic transition phases in their lives. But HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES has its own disadvantages that need to be considered.
The first disadvantage that should be mentioned in regard to HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES is the deficiency of flexibility of the arrangement. The problem lies in the fact that HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES structures are based upon one size fits all criteria, without considering individual preferences of the individuals who might be living in the same dwelling. This means that even if a particular community wants to modify the design of the preurban dwellings it would have to conform to the overall housing plan of the entire nation, as almost all the communities were created according to a centralized government plan and structure. HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES can thus only be used as an adjunct to the development process, not as an independent housing solution.
The second disadvantage of HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES is that it does not allow a property owner to make repairs or alterations to his apartment on his own. If a property owner wishes to make some improvements or changes to his apartment, he would have to submit the application to the property manager of the property and get his approval before he can begin doing any work. In case the property owner does not have the money or does not have the patience to do the necessary repairs, he would then have to hire a managing agent to take care of the apartment for him. This can cost the property owner a lot of money.
HOUSING ACROSS THE AGES does not prevent a tenant from moving out of the premises when the building owner cannot manage his apartment due to various reasons such as financial problems or he has decided to retire. If the building owner does not wish to collect the rent from the tenant, he can simply call the tenant in writing to inform them of the breach in the lease and require them to leave. Then he will be able to collect his rent from the tenant.
